"I wish I could give them zero stars. I submitted a quote through their website for chiavari chair rentals. I didn't hear back so I called and spoke with David. He offered me a discount on the chairs. I told him I would call back to book it. The next day I received the quote from the Rochester store. The delivery fee was HALF of what David quoted me ($450 vs $900). I called him back and he said the emailed quote I received was incorrect and that the woman who sent it "didn't know where they were being delivered to." The address was at the TOP OF THE QUOTE! Then I had my fiance fill out a quote online. His quote came back with a delivery fee of $500. I called again and he told me that he would honor the cheaper delivery fee but not the discounted chairs OR I could have the discount and the higher delivery fee. He couldn't seem to see why I had a problem with that. You're giving me a "discount" but then secretly adding it back in for delivery? No thanks. What a dishonest company."
