Need a wedding location... preferable a vacation house with lots of land.

My fiance and I are looking for a nice house and land that we can rent for our wedding reception. Our wedding is going to be in July of 2011. So we would like to rent something for the weekend. We are hoping for the following things:
1. A good location that our family can easily get to (we are from Cheektowaga so we are hoping for something in the south towns or right out side of suburban Buffalo)
2. Somewhere we can pitch a tent to hold 200ish people.
3. We can have a bonfire for our friends to sit around.
4. We have no noise or alcohol constraints.
5. We can have a pig roast.
6. We can have a band.
7. We have enough land that our friends will be able to bring their tents and sleep for the night to avoid the our least favorite thing, drinking and driving.
Can anyone help us?

There is a place in Cassada Ny called the RED House it is and old Victorian House with all the qualities you are looking for- Tons of land, Area for a Bon Fire, Tent etc. It even has a renovated Barn with an upstairs and down complete with bathrooms. The house is furnished and can be rented forthe entire weekend. Its absolutely beautiful! My childhood friend got married there and it was amazing! I highly recommend it. She was also on a budget and it was completely affordable. Cassadaga is by Fredonia NY which is about 15mins off the Fredonia NY exit. Very close and easy to get to.
