TERRIBLE LIMO SERVICE READ PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Hello people. It is the day after my wedding and I had to log on here to warn all of you DO NOT USE MAC LIMO of Lockport. They are unprofessional and awful. They did not know where they were going, there was no GPS, there were no enough glasses on the limo, the speakers were broken and the driver was useless. HERE IS THE BEST PART, THEY LEFT US AT THE CHURCH AND DID NOT COME BACK, WE HAD TO CALL OUR FRIENDS BACK AND HAVE THEM COME AND RESCUE US, THEN THEY SENT A LIMO AN HOUR LATER TO THE PLACE WHERE WE WERE HAVING PICTURES, A DIFFERENT LIMO, A DIFFERENT DRIVER, AND THE WHOLE THING RUINED OUR DAY. WE WERE LATE FOR THE RECEPTION, MISSED THE COCKTAIL HOUR, AND EVERYTHING HAD TO BE CRAMMED IN. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RECEPTION WE WERE ON THE PHONE STOPPING PAYMENT TO THAT COMPANY, AND BETTER YET, THE OWNER WHO PROMISED THE SUN, MOON AND STARS, WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL US BACK, HE PRETENDED TO BE OUT OF TOWN! YOU ONLY GET MARRIED ONCE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER AND SPREAD THE WORD, THANKS.

When you pay for your ride with an American Express card, you have better chances of disputing all charges.

If you think that limousines in long island are only rented for proms and weddings, then you are wrong. A lot of clients are potential target customers of many rental services today

This Mac Limo Company Sucks, the owner is a liar and will do anything for a quick buck. Mac Limo never showed up for our wine tour, when we called "they didn't have any information about our order " The day was ruined. Don't use Mac Limousine

Mac Limousine has had most of his equipment reposesd, and only has two buses left, drivers complain about the owner, collects disability but doesn't pay into the system for his employess?? beware of this company unless your a gambler!!

I a sorry that happened to you. The owner has been charged with disability insurance fraud. He's a firefighter for Lockport. No wonders his limo company is just as fraudulent as he is. We used Advantage Limosine (7/10/10) and all was perfect!

We were suppose to have MAC Limo be our drivers for our wedding this past weekend and at the last minute they told us the Hummer that we ordered was not available and they were going to try to get another Limo company for us. THEY NEVER DID AND WE STILL HAVEN"T GOTTEN OUR MONEY BACK!!!!

I agree. I was going to book them for my stagette and the owner said he was "out of town" too. that was over 2 months ago!!! they never called me back so, I went with someone else. so sorry this happened to you...that's awful! I will definitely spread the word!!
