I must have met the same woman that Allison did. We went to the shop to ask questions about the $99 cake promotion. We just wanted to see some pictures and ask what flavor combo were included. As soon as she came out she never said hello. she just put the photo book down said "not all the cakes in the pictures are $99" and then just turned around and walked away. She didn't want to answer any questions. Its too bad she was so rude, maybe we would have liked a cake that wasn't $99. We were so taken back at how rude she was to us that we just walked out. Please look around before you step foot in there!

I asked a question at their booth at Bridesworld. I wanted to clarify that fondant was not included in the $99 cake promotion. (I already had a feeling that it did not, but I wanted to make sure). The woman responded "No, and good luck with that." She then proceeded to tell my mother and grandmother how Buttercream is so much superior to fondant and that I was wrong in thinking that I wanted a fondant cake. I wasn't aware that the vendors are no in charge of choosing what type of cake that I should select and pay for. I have seen the booth at several bridal shows since then and the same woman was at all of them and I never saw a smile on her face at all. I came to find out that my cousin purchased her cake from there and it was 4 hours late. They almost didn't make it in time to set up before the reception. I wouldn't get a cake from there if THEY paid ME, let alone if I have to pay them!

Don't be fooled by thier cheap promotion. Have you ever heard, you get what you pay for? You might just as well buy a few packages of Betty Crocker cake mix. They are very bad business people and cheat people out of their money, beware!
