Canon and D song

Hi, has anyone used the Canon in D song for their wedding instead of the traditional "Here comes the Bride"? How did you make it work? See Im most likely having my ceremony and reception at the same location, but Im not sure how it would work with the bridal party etc. walking down? Are they supposed to walk down to it to....or are they supposed to walk in to something else then I walk in to Canon and D? Any other suggestions of what to walk down the aisle to? I wasnt sure if actual songs would be appropriate or not. Thanks alot!
