picture locations in lancaster,ny como park?

Hi, Im not sure who replied this back to me:I grew up close to Lancaster and of all the areas, I think Central Ave (by the opera house, etc.) is beautiful. You can probably get nice shots of DT lancaster with you and your bridal party, and it's right around the corner from the Elks lodge. I was wondering if you could please be more specific of what locations I would be allowed to take pictures at? Also, I have not been to como park in a while and heard before it looked runned down...so anyone been there lately? Someone told me the lighthouse there can be used for pictures.

I'm not sure where you could take pictures at inside, I was thinking of outdoor pictures, with a backdrop of central ave, the opera house, etc. I would maybe call the opera house and see how they feel about pictures being taken inside.

I was very upset to see how run down como park is now. I was also considering taking pictures there until I went there one day and saw the condition. The shelters are in desperate need of maintenance and there is vandalism everywhere. I found Akron Falls Park to be much more appealing and better maintained (I know this is a hike, just a comment though).

Do you already have a photographer? If you have a creative photographer, they should be able to make anything work. I invested more than average on photography because pictures last forever, I wanted to make sure this was done by one of the best.
