Avanti Mansion?? Anyone ever been there?

They dont have a menu posted online, but I go and see it on the 21st if anyone has ever been there or ate there how was the food? How was the service? I am looking into doin the tent reception. any feed back is great! Thanks

We had our wedding at the Avanti Mansion in the Library on October 9,2011. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone at Avanti was very helpful during the planning process. Cheryl is fantastic, and Kelly made my day so special. They paid attention to every detail. Our parents were treated like royalty, and ALL of our guests raved about the food! I can't tell you how pleased we are about our decision to go with Avanti! If you want to have a wedding that is miles above every other cookie cutter wedding you've attended, then have your Wedding at Avanti Mansion.

I had my reception and ceremony at the Avanti mansion Amore ballroom and I could not have been more pleased. I took full advantage of their services which included invitations and even my floristry. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined.FOOD WAS DELICIOUS and we chose a cheaper menu. Every one of the staff was kind and helpful- I did have some communication problems along the way-all of which were rectified upon mention. If you want a stress free dream wedding run by people who strive to be like your family-this is the place for you all of my guests are still raving about this venue!!

We had our cermony in the outdoor Japanese Garden area. It's amazing/beautiful place to have a ceremony. The weather was not cooperating at all leading up to the ceremony, but it cleared up just in time. The staff was assuring us that it would work out either way! We had some friends get married the previous year at the Avanti and we just knew that we had to get married here! The planning was mostly done by my wife and she say's that Angie was a tremendous help for all our planning needs! The food and staff were the best we have ever experienced at a wedding venue. All of our guests were so impressed with everything!

My husband and I were married in the Garden Reception area of the Avanti Mansion in August. Everything was perfect. The food at the Avanti Mansion is amazing, everything is cooked perfectly with tremendous flavor and the menu options are very creative. Nothing beats having your ceremony in the Japanese garden which is absolutely gorgeous. And then the reception in the tent with the string lights and chandeliers is amazing. It's as fancy as any hall with the lighting, the build in bar that's bigger than most halls, the gorgeous bathrooms (yes, really) and we even had the Mansion bar open to guests could stroll inside to cool down (it was hot & humid) whenever they liked. Laurie was so helpful with the planning and pointed out many things to me that prove she knows what she's doing and its nice to have help with this stuff! The decor that the staff set up was beautiful in both the tent and the walkways. And after everything we were able to do we still didn't break the bank! Service is great, Kenny the DJ was awesome and very affordable. Everything turned out just the way we wanted, we couldn't be happier with our decision. (As a side note, my sister got married last year in the Amore indoor hall and that was just as amazing - you can't go wrong with either!)

We had our wedding in the Garden Venue. Our wedding was so perfect! Avanti Mansion's staff is very personal and professional. We planned our wedding with Laurie and she was a pleasure to work with. They respond to your questions and concerns promptly and they treat you with the greatest amount of professionalism. When you are a stressed out bride, they know how to make you feel comfortable. As far as our reception was concerned, our guests cannot stop talking about it. They said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Their food was amazing and everything was nice and hot and everyone got served right around the same time, very impressive!!! They also were blown away at how gorgeous the grounds were. It truly was a very unique and gorgeous setting for a wedding. We are so pleased we booked our wedding here!!!

We had our Ceremony and Reception at the Avanti Mansion on September 18, 2011 in the Japanese Garden. We couldn't be happier. The garden area was spectular! It was truely the perfect place to get married. The food was incredible. The staff exceeded our expectations from the office staff of Kelly and Angie to the wait staff at the reception. Kelly and Angie were always there when we had questions with the planning. The staff at the reception was always right there when you needed something and never hesitated to get it. They were right by our side the entire night. Our guests told us that the food was plentiful and beyond their expectations! I do have to say that DJ Kenny made the night one to remember. Thank You Avanti and DJ Kenny for giving us a fantastic wedding. A couple friends of ours have already booked their wedding in the Amore building for next year with you! Thats how impressed they were.

Our daughter had their ceremony & reception at the Avanti Amore. We rented the whole building and we were so pleased. We had Cheryl as our wedding planner, and she was so attentive and extremely helpful. Everything ran so smoothly. The service was beyond great & the wait staff was so attentive. Our guest could not say enough wonderful things about the food (and a must is the cheesecake pops!) All the special touches from sparklers special needs (for our nut allergy groom) were thought out & appreciated. Thank you so much for making our daughter & son-in-laws day so perfect!!! We held our wedding and reception in the Amore Ballroom/garden last month. Overall, we were very satisfied with the end result. The garden was gorgeous and the ballroom was set up perfectly...exactly as we had wanted everything. During the planning process, everyone at Avanti was extremely patient with us, as we changed our minds a lot. They were very helpful and gave us good advice during the entire planning process. We mainly worked with Cheryl and Angie. Both were pretty quick with getting back to us when we e-mailed or called the Mansion. As our wedding date approached, they e-mailed us check lists to remind us of things we needed to take care of. On the actual wedding day, we could not have asked for things to go any better. The bridal suite was convenient and a great place for the bridesmaids to take pictures before the ceremony. The entire day ran so smoothly. It was perfect. If anything did go wrong, it was taken care of before we even knew it. We used Avanti's officiant (Pastor Dave) and DJ Kenny. Both were awesome to work with. We have received TONS of compliments on our reception music. Our guests also raved about the hors d'oeuvres.

im actually getting married there on 2/6/10 inside the mansion -should be interesting as we initially had 200 people at the outside venue and now we are inside and have to max it at 60 guests. I'm hoping it's very romantic and intimate as it's pretty pricey:) It's going to be an upscale cocktail party so it better be worth it! LOL

Try to reach them via email. I requested info from their website and receivd a response right away. Then one of the planners emailed me and I was able to schedule my appointment that way. Since then I've had more questions and just emai them to her. She's great about gettting me an answer, sometimes within minutes! No complaints from me at all!

I met with them a few weeks ago and fell in love with it!! If you call on a Monday (like I did) you will get their answering machine - they are closed. But someone called me back and scheduled me an appointment to meet with one of their wedding planners. The website is being re-done so they emailed me a brochure with tons of info, including menus and pricing. The grounds are gorgeous and I've heard nothing but great things about their food. Try again - it's worth it!!
