Any tips on not feeling extremely tired when getting up EARLY the day of wedding?
Hi, I am a bridesmaid in a wedding this upcoming Saturday. Well we are having a rehearsal friday at 630pm, and then dinner after at around 830 at a pizza place. Then after that, all the girls are supossed to go decorate the hall the night before (I would of thought someone else would have offered to do this for her/us), and who knows what time it will be by the time we get done. Then as far as I know we are all heading to her house to sleep(dont know where were all gonna sleep?) and we have to get up early and be bythe hair place by 645am! Is this normal just wondering...the ceremony doesnt start until 130 pm. The reason I was asking for tips on not feeling like I going to fall over the whhole day/night is because it doesnt seem like we are going to get much sleep plus I have a REALLY hard time sleeping anyway. I might try a sleeping pill hopefully that works some. ANY SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT YOU DID?

I would try drinking sleeping tea at night and in the morning take a B vitamin complex and keep one in your purse for around dinner..make sure you take it with food though...bananas are great because they give you energy. I'm a chiropractor and have a degree in nutrition so I know it works! good luck!
