Guest Accomodations

I am looking for guest accomodations at a hotel downtown. Are there any reccommendations for nice hotels in the area. I was thinking either Adams Mark or Hampton Inn (although I've recently heard Adams Mark is dingy). Any thoughts?

We were married on September 5, 2009 and our guests stayed in the Hampton Inn. The majority of our guests were from out of town, so I was able to reserve more than 25 rooms for our wedding block (we ended up having 80 guests stay at the hotel!). EVERYONE said the rooms were amazing and definitely well worth the price (they gave us a wedding rate of $149/night over Labor Day weekend). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hampton Inn on Delaware Ave.!!

Oh, plus it's really close to the bars... which our groomsmen and friends liked :)

We have stayed at Adam's Mark, Hyatt and the Mansion on Delaware. They are all nice, but some are more expensive based on what they offer.
