Do you know anyone who has a home you could do it at? parks, or Im hoping to have mine at the firehall my aunt and uncle belong to. It is spacious and I heard it was really nice. They even have the arch for the ceremony available etc. Plus im guesisng it will only be a few hundred at the most to rent. Just some ideas.

Again Fri/Sun are cheaper but La Galleria has very reasonable prices.

Michaels Banquet in Hamburg is very nice and reasonable. What sold me is that I do not have to hunt for a DJ because we will be using theirs for myJune2009 wedding.

Was the Buffalo Launch club $26pp including alcohol? That seems very reasonable. I remember that when I looked, the prices seemed MUCH higher than that.

Days Inn Niagara Falls

I just had my wedding there in September, and they were amazing! Price per person depends of the meal that you get, but it averaged out at $28 PP including bar. It’s a penthouse ballroom with a view of the Canadian falls skyline.

The food was SO good. I usually don't like banquet food but I would go back there just to eat again. My only complaint was the bar was bottom shelf well drinks.

Our plan was to get married outside next to the falls, but the weather was uncooperative that day. So, the staff at the Days Inn set up a conference room for us for the ceremony at no extra charge.

Great service, great food, great place!

Buffalo Launch Club

Check out the Buffalo Launch Club. You do not need to be a member, it is gorgeous....right on the water, inexpensvie, very classy and extremely accomadating! I could not say enough about this place. We only paid 26.00 pp and for a country club that is really good. It is in Grand Island but it only took 15 minutes to get there from downtown buffalo after the ceremony. My guests are still raving about the food! It has a huge dance floor which sold me in the beginning. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and even might through in a few extras or cut a deal to make you happy. The service that day was perfect too. I loved it, can you tell?

I'm also getting married in 2010, and I would really like an outside wedding, and this Joseph's place sounds really nice. Where is it located at, and how can I get information on there pricing?

Joseph's! - Sara

I am also having my reception at Joseph's, they are the best for the buck as far as I am concerned. If you are looking to have your ceremony there though just be advised that the garden area is rather small (although very beautiful!) and they do not provide microphones so your guests may not hear everything unless you go with a DJ that will provide this for you. Good luck!

Josephs is great

Around how much are you able to spend? and how many guests? I am having my wedding @ Josephs Country Manor for a little over 150 guests, really nice place. Open bar, dinner all that stuff. It is going to be around 5,000 or a little more. Oh and that includes getting married there also, in the garden. If this is too much, I know that Knights of Columbus- one in lancaster, tonwanda and cheektowaga are about half that price, my sister had her's at the one on broadway in lancaster, it was really nice!
