Outdoor ceremony (near the water)

We are looking for an outdoor ceremony location (preferably near the water). Every place I have looked at you must have your reception at the location as well and we would rather not do that. Can anyone point me in the direction of either websites or locations that fit my description? All of my google searches have either led me to places no where near buffalo or broken links.

Oh, I am also planning this wedding from Chicago - so websites are a huge plus for me!

A cousin of mine had their ceremony at Glen Falls right by the falls (williamsville). it was a beautiful ceremony, i woulf definatly recommend it for an outdoor ceremony.

Many of the sites are by water. They are probably relatively inexpensive too, and maybe have a pretty pavilion area? There are some photos on the websites, but you probably have to call for specifics. Hope this helps!

What area are you looking to have your ceremony in? Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls etc...?
