uneven # of attendants

My fiance is having trouble finding another person he feels close enough to to be one of his groomsmen. i don't want to pressure him to pick just anybody. Any suggestions on how to make an uneven number of attendants to work during the "wedding party dance"?

You could always have the 6th lady dance with her date, considering she has one.

My fiance's father passed away recently, our wedding is next fall. Can we still put his name on the invitation? We are putting the parents names from both sides. It just doesn't feel right not to have his name on it.

Fast Dance

I agree with doing fast tempo dance! People really don't want to dance with their partner in a wedding, this can be uncomfortable. Do a fast dance so everyone can have fun!

Have all the attendats dance with their dates instead. I see this becoming more of trend even if the numbers are even.

We had 6 girls and 5 guys. We did not have a wedding party dance, but you could have the extra person dance with their date.

This might be obvious - but you could have it be a fast song or medium tempo song such as Sweet Caroline.
