Downtown Buffalo Hotels

I am looking to reserve a block of rooms at a downtown hotel for the wedding. I am specifically looking at the Adam's Mark, the Hyatt and the Hampton right now. Has anyone had a good (or not so good) experience with any of the hotels downtown? I live out of town, so I wont' be able to go check them out any time soon. Thanks for any advice you can give me!

The Hampton is by far the best hotel in Downtown Buffalo (other than the Mansion of course, but I think of that as more of a B&B). The Hampron will take great care of your guests and the rooms are amazing. Ask for Wendy Clubine, their Sales Manager. She is AWESOME and will take care of all of your needs!

We stayed at the Hyatt our wedding night, as well as some of our guests. The staff was great, the room was clean. I liked the views of Buffalo from our room.
Please tell your guests NOT to use the taxis directly outside. They are overpriced!
One other note: Hyatt is an older building, things seem older, for example our heating thermostat was an older model, but it worked fine.
Hyatt was a reasonable price too.
The Hampton, however, is in a great location for the younger guests or people who want to bar hop.
